New Modular Construction case study published on the Sustainable Procurement Tools

A new case study on Modular Construction is now available on the Sustainable Procurement Tools website.
We continue to develop our Sustainable Procurement Tools, adding new products to complement the existing materials. The latest addition is a case study from North Ayrshire council on modular construction.
This case study looks at the use of modern methods of construction for the design and build of six Amenity Bungalows. This procurement contributes to NACs ambitious target to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2030 as it will deliver modern, energy efficient homes which will be built using cutting-edge and environmentally-conscious techniques.
