Procurement and Commercial Training Framework Re-let now live

Our Procurement and Commercial Training Framework re-let is now live on Public Contracts Scotland – Tender (PCS- T). The framework can be located within PCS-T using ITT 61721 and Project 30584. This will close on 15 December 2025. 

The framework provides continued access to essential training and development for procurement and commercial professionals across the public sector. 

Interim arrangements 

A reminder that your organisation requires training or other learning interventions before the new framework begins, please ensure your call-off contracts are finalised before the current framework expires. 

Lot expiry dates 

• Lot 1: Procurement training – expires 8 December 2025 

• Lot 2: Sustainable procurement including climate change training – expires 5 December 2025
