Have Your Say: Procurement Journey and Supplier Journey surveys now open!

June 23, 2026 by No Comments | Category Procurement news, Scottish Procurement, suppliers

Two short surveys have been published to gather feedback on the Procurement Journey and Supplier Journey websites.

These platforms provide procurement guidance for different audiences: the Procurement Journey is designed for public sector buyers, while the Supplier Journey supports those bidding for and supplying public sector contracts. To ensure both resources continue to meet user needs, our Procurement Best Practice team is keen to hear directly from the people who use them.

We’re particularly interested in your views on how the websites are structured and how well the content works in practice. For example

  • how easy is it to find the information you need?
  • is there anything missing, unclear or not working as well as it should?
  • what additional guidance would help you in your day-to-day role?

Your feedback will play an important role in shaping the future of both websites. This includes how content is organised and navigated, what guidance is prioritised or added, and how information is presented to make it clearer, more accessible and more useful for users.

Both websites are currently being redesigned in line with the Government Design System, so this is an opportunity to directly influence how the Procurement Journey and Supplier Journey develop going forward. Whether you are a buyer, a supplier, or both, you can choose to complete one or both surveys depending on your experience and interests.

Each survey takes around five minutes to complete and will remain open until 1 July. You can access them here:
