Ministerial Group For Sustainable Aquaculture – Science and Research Strategy

Aquaculture currently supplies more than 50% of global demand for fish and shellfish for human consumption. A report “Aquaculture Science & Research Strategy”, published today, by the Science and Research Working Group of the Ministerial Group for Sustainable Aquaculture, sets out research priorities to support the growth of aquaculture in Scotland while ensuring environmental sustainability.
