New construction procurement policy notes published

Our Construction team have published two new policy notes today.
- Construction policy note 02/2017 gives an introduction to construction policy notes, why they have been introduced and their purpose.
- Construction policy note 03/2017 announces the publication of best practice guidance on the use of frameworks in public sector construction.
