Exciting opportunity for digital suppliers

On 14 September 2017 we issued the OJEU notice for the Digital Services – Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
Digital supplier opportunity
The DPS is an exciting opportunity for digital, IT and cyber suppliers and we would like to encourage suppliers of all sizes to consider applying to join. There is no limit to the number of suppliers on the DPS and joining is really easy.
We have created a Suppliers Guide to provide more information. The DPS will be split in to 3 lots and suppliers can apply to join one or all of the lots:
- Digital services
- Digital resources
- Cyber security services
How can suppliers apply to join?
It is really very easy to apply. The following steps should help:
Step 1 – Look at the OJEU notice and consider which lot or lots are most suitable.
Step 2 – Register on Public Contract Scotland- Tender (PCS-T) and then search for Project Code 9075 under PQQs Open to All Suppliers and use the Search/Filter function, then the Project Code from the dropdown list.
Step 3 – Access, complete and submit the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD).
We will review your completed ESPD and then reply with further details.
When is it available?
We are planning on launching the DPS by late October 2017.
