Telephony Services DPS

We are delighted to announce that we have launched the Telephony Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). We had a great response from suppliers with over 50% being SMEs. Our list of suppliers can deliver a wide choice of telephony services including internet protocol (IP) telephony, cloud and hosted services and bundled services. All suppliers have third party cyber security accreditation or equivalent. Suppliers can continue to apply to join the DPS at any time (see our supplier’s guide) so we expect the number to grow.
The DPS is now open for organisations to run tenders through it with immediate effect. The Telephony Services DPS is split into three Lots:
- Traditional telephony
- IP telephony
- Enterprise bundled services
The DPS is an electronic system and organisations can run their tenders through PCS-Tender or alternatively use other electronic processes – see the buyer’s guide for more information.
