DPS for Digital Services – the story so far

August 15, 2018 by No Comments | Category buyers, digital technology products and services, Dynamic Purchasing System, framework agreements, ICT, Procurement news, SMEs

Our Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Digital Services has been running for 10 months now and we have seen a number of call-off contracts awarded across all three lots. The call-off contracts total just over £8 million with over 90% of the contracts awarded to SMEs. We are receiving positive feedback from suppliers and users alike on the use of the DPS, which is great because positive industry and stakeholder feedback is so important in respect to the agreement. Creating a format that is easy to use and delivers a wide range of opportunities and services was always the aim.

Following on from this success, we are working on a second DPS for Digital and Technology Services which we hope to have available before the end of 2018. Expect the same innovative approach and focus on the end users – buyers and suppliers.
