Lot 2 on our digital technology dynamic purchasing system (DPS) offers an innovative, straightforward and compliant route to market.
Since the DPS launch in March 2019 many organisations across the Scottish public sector have used the DPS to resource their digital projects.
One user recently commented “I used lot 2 of the DPS to procure a wide range of digital resources. We advertised eight lots and received a total of 67 competent bids spread across the full range of our requirements. The process was quick and straightforward and we successfully awarded six contracts from eight lots. DPS was particularly well suited to our needs as we required a large volume of digital resource to be identified and made available quickly. The cost was comparable with other routes to market.”
Lot 2 currently has 134 suppliers and they are a mix of both large and small organisations.
