Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) survey results

The Scottish Government Procurement ICT team recently carried out a survey to find out what suppliers and users thought of our Dynamic Purchasing Systems. We received a high volume of responses and some very positive feedback from both user groups.

The survey found that 66% of suppliers found the call to competition process positive, and an impressive 81% of suppliers also found the DPS experience better than other procurement routes.

Top three user benefits

• Speed
• Choice of suppliers
• Ease of use

The feedback received has also identified some areas for future development.
