This year’s Living Wage Week is extra special as it marks 20 years of the Living Wage Movement and comes at a time where we are making real commitments to Fair Work and fair pay.
In our latest video, we hear from Nick Ford – Director of Scottish Procurement and Property, and two Scottish Government suppliers – APS Group and Warmworks. These suppliers are already committed to paying the real Living Wage and using the Power of Procurement to deliver a number of excellent community benefits for society and the communities where they operate.
APS Group currently delivers our Print, Publishing, Design and Associated Services Framework – and also is proud to have developed and continue to deliver Scotland’s Baby Box programme. Warmworks was set up in 2015 to deliver the Scottish Government’s Warmer Homes Scotland scheme which aims to help the most vulnerable people across the country to heat their homes.
Your organisation can be part of this too! Join us in giving the people of Scotland fair work, a fair wage and a better quality of life. Click here to read the latest SPPN on Fair Work First implementation
