Do you have an interest in British Sign Language (BSL) / English Video Relay Services which enables BSL users to make short video calls using a BSL/English interpreter? Information is requested from industry to shape the contract specification and how the services are delivered.

We’d like to hear your views.

Our current British Sign Language/English Video Relay services contract is due to expire in March 2024. We will be inviting tenders for a new contract during 2023.

To inform our approach, a short online survey is open until 20 June 2023. This will provide potential contract bidders and those with an interest in the service to have their say in shaping the contract. Ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the BSL community.
