Statistics.gov.scot – open data monthly update
Statistics.gov.scot is the open data platform for Scottish Official Statistics. You can explore, visualise and download 240 datasets. It provides data from a variety of organisations, such as the Scottish Government, National Records of Scotland, and NHS Information Services Division.
New datasets:
We now have the ability to publish data about organisations as well as geographical units. To begin with, we’ve published 5 datasets with school level education data: Breadth and Depth of Qualifications, Attainment for All, Leaver Count, Attainment by Deprivation, Literacy & Numeracy, and Positive Destinations.
You can also explore the educational establishments and groups in the Atlas. These are the first datasets about organisations that we have published, so we would welcome any feedback.
Recently updated datasets:
Economic datasets for GDP annual and quarterly output by industry have been updated, as have Land and Buildings Transaction Tax datasets.
Visit Scotland have updated the Regional Domestic Tourism dataset, and the collection of Tourism Day Visits datasets.
Population estimates from NRS have been updated with the latest small area data, as has births.
For Energy and Climate Change: Carbon Footprint Breakdown, Energy Consumption and Renewable Energy datasets have been updated.
For health care data, drug treatment and delayed discharges datasets have been updated.
