October 9, 2019 by 1 Comment | Category EUMIS

EUMIS Phase 5.2 User Acceptance Testing has been completed and the updates went live today (Wednesday 9 October 2019). The following functions have been added:

Recipient Main Details Page (ESF/ERDF/NRA)
The Main page of the recipients will now remain editable for Operation Managers and Strategic Intervention Managers until the following scenarios occur:

  • The recipient forms part of a Claim
  • The recipient has an achievement that is part of a Paid claim
  • The recipient has an achievement that has been Rejected

Supported Recipients
Achievements will now only appear in claims once the recipient is marked as supported, and their achievement(s) are marked as Achieved.

User Accounts
User Accounts will automatically lock after 6 months of inactivity. A new process on EUMIS access will follow shortly.

System Messages
An e-mail of any live EUMIS System Messages will be sent to any active users with an e-mail address attached to their account. If you would like to receive this message, please ensure you add your e-mail address through the Maintain Your Details section on EUMIS. Please note: if you have more than one active account with your e-mail address attached, you will receive the e-mail for each account you have.

Milestone List
A new column has been added called “Current Milestone Total”. This will show you the current total of all costs within that milestone regardless of their status.

Irregularity Summary
New Report for Strategic Intervention Managers. This will show you a list of any irregularities against your SI.

Change Requests
The financial box has been removed and is no longer required to be checked.

ESF Barriers
The “Barriers to Employment” tab has been renamed “Disadvantages/Barriers to Employment”.

ERDF Recipients
The “ERDF Recipient” name will appear in the Summary Panel while you are within the recipient. This will allow you to see the name of the recipient when working in the achievement/outputs/results tabs.

Please note that all guidance will be updated as soon as possible – this is being worked on in order of priority.

As always, if you have any questions please contact EUMIS@gov.scot
