EUMIS development: Phase 5.1 completed

Phase 5.1 of the EUMIS development was successfully released to the Live EUMIS site on Monday 2 September. Several changes have been made, especially designed to create an easier and more efficient experience for users:

Cost Report
A new report under the Report Tab. This allows the Managing Authority (MA) and Strategic Intervention Managers (SIMs) to download all costs on Strategic Interventions (SIs), Operations or specific milestones

Claim Declarations
A new field on each claim, where the date the Claim Declaration Letter was received will be recorded by the MA

SI & Op References
You will now notice that SIs and Operation references are shorter. SIs are now just 4 digits (0022), and Operations contain the SI ref plus their 6 digit ref (0022/000704)

Irregularities
SI Managers can now view a list of any irregularities raised on their SIs. Once in the SI, locate and click on the Irregularities tab

Phase 5.2 is currently in progress, with an expected go live date of Wednesday 9 October. Further information will be provided in due course.
