New Cloud Services framework – market engagement

Our current Hosting Services framework expires in May 2019 and will be replaced with a new Cloud Services framework.
Throughout the development of Cloud Services we have engaged closely with the supply market and issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) during July 2018. We are now in the final stages of developing the tender documentation and to support this, we are seeking final views about the approach to our key requirements, particularly around service levels, sustainability, cyber resilience and commercials.
A draft version of the Statement of Requirements (SOR) and the commercial response template is available upon request if you would like to take part in this consultation.
The closing date for any comments will be Friday 7 December and we intend to commence the procurement exercise mid December 2018.
