Local authority and NHS Health Scotland guidance
COSLA has produced guidance for all local authorities in Scotland on human trafficking and exploitation. This guidance is aimed to develop good practice in order to identify, refer and support victims of human trafficking and exploitation, and disrupt and deter criminal activities.
NHS Health Scotland has also published refreshed guidance for NHS Scotland staff on human trafficking. The guidance aims to help frontline health professionals spot the signs of human trafficking and what action to take if they have concerns.
