A newly published case study is a great example of the community benefits that can come from using Scottish Procurement’s framework agreements.
Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) is working to strengthen links between businesses and education with the aim of benefitting the local community and reducing youth unemployment.
Under the Scottish Procurement’s Office Equipment framework, Canon have built upon their partnership with DYW to facilitate a programme of Employability presentation events in schools, including CV writing and mock job interviews. DYW’s Career Ready programme has provided information and opportunities to Scotland’s workforce of tomorrow.
The case study below highlights how Canon used the framework to start a discussion with customers that goes beyond print.
