Following on from our guest blog with the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), we are working in partnership with Scotland Excel to host a virtual event, open to the full public sector procurement community. The event is an introduction to what serious organised crime (SOC) is and how to identify and report anti-competitive practices in public procurement.
