This evening I will address the David Hume Institute in Edinburgh. In the speech I will discuss Scotland’s position in the global economy and set out the Government’s vision for capitalising on new opportunities in global markets.

    To attract this Investment HOW much public money is being spent-,,now and in the future through subsidy
    IS this another HYUNDAI-or micro chip non sense investment-??
    This is just a doctrine of Spinning descreation in the countryside which hugely inefficient and quite daft for the economics of the nation long term..
    USE water energy by all means-
