Emergency PPE Supplies For Funeral Directors Available Through Our Contractor Lyreco

If you are a funeral director in Scotland and are in need of emergency PPE supplies, please download and send this Excel form with the information requested in both tabs completed. Then save it and send it directly to our third-party contractor Lyreco at: scot.gov.funerals@lyreco.com 

Any questions about the form should be directed to Lyreco.

Please note that not all PPE products may be available for purchase due to international volatility in PPE supplies.

The Scottish Government and Lyreco are working hard to ensure that all workers delivering essential services have access to the PPE they need to carry out their roles safely.

Throughout this national emergency, please continue to explore all means possible to secure PPE supplies via existing channels. This service should only be utilised by those who are unable to source PPE elsewhere.
