COVID-19 Outstanding Response Award – Private Sector Organisations award – Sykes Global Services Limited, part of the Sitel Group & NHS National Services Scotland. ‏‏‎It shows what the public and private sector can do when they come together, and it now gives us the benefit of having proved a concept and we can now go forward and apply this to other areas.

Continuous Improvement Award – City of Edinburgh Council. ‏‏‎It’s amazing to win and we’re really proud of ourselves. It makes it all absolutely worth it.

COVID-19 Outstanding Response Award – Public Sector Organisations & GO Excellence Award – Scottish Government Digital ‒ Key project sponsor & Delivery partners NHS National Services Scotland & Public Health Scotland. ‏‏‎ ‎‏There were so many factors involved in the success of this project. The most important being the collaboration across all the sectors within the public sector. We had policy makers, procurement, information governance, digital and security, NHS, PHS and more working really closely together to deliver a fantastic product.
